A Bit About Me

I’m Dr. Quach, and I help individuals, couples, children, and families navigate life’s challenges with care and clarity. Whether you’re facing stress, depression, relationship difficulties, or the challenges of parenting and children’s behavior, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and empowered.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life — from professionals facing burnout to parents and partners wanting deeper connection, to those healing from personal or childhood trauma. I bring curiosity, respect, and genuine care to each person’s story.

Beyond my clinical practice, I’ve taught graduate-level courses at Pepperdine University and lead

leadership and communication trainings for organizations, supporting growth in both personal relationships and workplace dynamics.

Outside of work, I recharge through music, stretching, and cooking. Music shapes how I understand rhythm, emotion, and healing, and when appropriate, I may use vocal improvisation to help clients release stress, trauma, and feelings that are hard to express.

Wherever you are in your journey, my goal is to offer thoughtful, compassionate support to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
