About Me

I am a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities. Whether it’s managing chronic illness, coping with anxiety, depression, and trauma, handling stress, strengthening relationships, or moving through grief and major transitions, I offer a supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My experience working with diverse populations has given me a deep appreciation for the unique challenges people face, from high-achieving professionals balancing demanding careers and personal lives to families striving to create deeper connections. I specialize in providing personalized, results-driven support tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle.

Outside of my private practice, I serve as an adjunct faculty member at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP), where I teach graduate-level courses on couples and family therapy.
