About Me
I am a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), specializing in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as chronic illness, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, grief, and major life transitions.

Before starting my private practice, I worked in community mental health, where I facilitated court-mandated yearlong programs for anger management, parenting, batterer’s intervention, substance abuse, and DUI.

As a Family Law Court-Approved Provider, I also provide services in divorce mediation, high-conflict parental disputes, custody cases, co-parenting, reunification therapy, and anger management classes. Beyond therapy, I provide leadership training programs for companies and organizations and offer consulting services for those looking to establish or grow their private practice.
Outside of my private practice, I serve as an adjunct faculty member at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP), where I teach graduate-level courses on couples and family therapy, as well as psychotherapy.
My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, integrating various therapeutic modalities to meet each person’s unique needs. My goal is to ensure that clients feel heard, understood, and empowered, helping them build the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
