Each session is a 50-minute session and typically occurs on a weekly basis.

Cancellation Policy

Session dates and times are reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance for in-person appointments and 24 hours in advance for telehealth appointments. Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee for the missed session.
